What did you expect?
Should we be more surprised to encounter good than bad?
Driving through Chicago, my son and I saw a small plane in the air off to our right. It looked like it was plummeting straight toward the ground. I was afraid that we were about to witness a crash.
At the very last moment, however, the plane pulled out of its drop and shot straight up into the air. It was an amazing maneuver.
At that point, the highway curved to the right around a wooded area, and I spotted a small airport. It was decorated with festive-colored flags and was crowded with spectators, who were there for an air show. We had just been seeing part of the aerobatics exhibition.
