Do you no anything?
"JUST say no." Remember that line? Easy to say, but not always easy to do, right?
What gives you the strength to say no? Loving. Specifically, loving to get a good result. Once I had to say no in front of a group of people. After a concert, I went out with several people I knew to get something to drink. We were having fun until one of the guys started giving me a hard time because I wasn't drinking alcohol. Instead of a beer, I had ordered a soft drink. I didn't want to drink anything that would stop my ability to think clearly and act normally.
This young man knew that my religion had helped me value having control of my thinking. He began making fun of me and my religion, all the while aggressively urging me to drink beer.
