Reincarnation—or being born of Spirit?

If popularization in books and entertainment is any sign, the subject of reincarnation has caught the interest of many people. That's an indication of a yearning as old as time—to know that individual identity both continues and progresses after death. Christian Science doesn't include belief in reincarnation, but it does embrace the original Christian concept of continual progress for each individual.
