Constipation overcome
Recently I reread a passage from Science and Health that reminded me of a healing of constipation I had experienced a few years ago. This is the passage: "The sunlight glints from the church-dome, glances into the prison-cell, glides into the sick-chamber, brightens the flower, beautifies the landscape, blesses the earth" (p. 516).
As I sat struggling with the physical challenge, those words came to thought in a very picturesque way. Right where this blockage was holding me ransom, right there I could feel the sunlight of Truth setting the prisoner free. The relief was immediate.
