We can bank on it!

A misunderstanding of man's
Relation to God
May obscure His love for us,
But it no more diminishes this love
Than a checkbook miscalculation
Changes the balance in the bank.

An audit of thought is needed to
Uncover the misconception. Then Truth, understood,
Corrects it, erases it, replaces it
With joyful facts of being
Wherein we find ourselves enfolded
In our Father's constant care,
Hearts full with the wealth of blessings
That He so naturally imparts.

Unlike a checking account,
Love's joint account with us,
Providing instant access and filled
With riches of His glory—strength, peace,
Dominion, justice, joy, and more—cannot
Be overdrawn or closed. Evidence of
God's law adds up with proof.
We can bank on it!
