Fruitage from focus on Science and Health
Recently our branch church adopted a goal of giving out copies of Science and Health on a one-to-one basis. Several members shared ideas that had been helpful to them in the past, one member said that she always kept a copy of Science and Health on the front seat of her car. Well, this sounded like a good idea to me, but I began by having a copy of Science and Health in the trunk of my car.
A few days later I had to be at my local car dealer for my car's tire-rotation checkup. The attendant needed to get the key to remove the tires hubcaps, and I told him he would find it in the toolbox in the trunk.
When my car was finished, the man said that the book in my trunk had an interesting title on the cover, but it didn't sound too realistic, since "science" and "health" were contradictory words. He said his wife had been going from doctor to doctor, and they had spent a lot of money on medical help but that his wife still wasn't getting any better.
