"Joy to the world"
A hymn sung every Christmas season carries a blessing of "joy to the world." Over twenty years ago, a popular rock group in the United States had a hit recording expressing the same hope. The song's refrain went:
JOY TO THE WORLD.
All the boys and girls now.
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea,
Joy to you and me.
