The light so necessary to Christian healing
One cold, Rocky Mountain Monday I drove home from work early, too ill to stay. My bed, under its south window, was enveloped in sunshine. I lay on it, warm without covers.
Cozy in that sunshine, I studied spiritual truths in the Bible and in the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. I was grateful to be reminded of God's presence, goodness, and love.
Suddenly the sun went behind a cloud. I got cold; the light was dim. I needed lamplight and a blanket. Then the cloud moved on, and the sunshine was warm and brilliant again—instantly.
