Members of our church held a picnic two years ago
Members of our church held a picnic two years ago. While I was assisting with the clean up, I slipped on a piece of trash on a low step. In trying to maintain my balance, I twisted my leg badly—I believe I tore some ligaments.
A member of our church affirmed to me the spiritual fact that all was well, and another kindly offered to complete the work I had been doing.
My first thought was to deny any divine reality to this injury; then to affirm, "God is perfection, and I am His perfect reflection."
