FROM HAND TO HAND
The Sentinel is meant to be shared. In a world that is increasingly hungry for spiritual meaning, the Sentinel provides vital nourishment. Here's how one of our readers shared it. Let us know of your experience in sharing the Sentinel .
When my great-granddaughter was having difficulty with tests in her fifth-grade class at school, I mailed her a Christian Science Sentinel with an article titled "Getting ready for school with prayer." Later I talked with her over the telephone, and she was so happy that she had passed a test. She is not afraid anymore when it is test time, as the note below shows, for she understands that God's love is with her to help her at all times.
Dear Great Grandma,
I read the Christian Science Sentinel book. It was good and God is my friend too. This is a good book and I really like this book a lot. Tomorrow I have a math test and I will say a prayer ...
