Dear Reader
Someone called our office the other day and said she just wanted to thank the staff for all that the Sentinel is doing for her and her family. She said she wouldn't know what to do without it, that on many occasions the Sentinel arrives in the mail just when help is needed.
As "Back and Forth" in this week's issue indicates, this reader's experience isn't unusual.
We thought about this recently when one of the Editors visited some South American countries and spoke with a number of people about a sister publication of the Sentinel, The Herald of Christian Science. The Herald is published in twelve languages other than English. The response to the Sentinel and the Herald in the countries that were visited was powerful.
