The promise of Christ Jesus "Ask, and it shall be given you"...
The promise of Christ Jesus "Ask, and it shall be given you" (Matt. 7:7) has been proved true many times in my experience.
The last chapter in the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mrs. Eddy, is entitled "Fruitage." It contains accounts from people who have been healed by reading this book. Christian Science first came to my family in just this way.
While I was still a very young child, a doctor told my mother that she would never be well without a surgical operation. A dear relative presented Mother with a copy of Science and Health. After reading only a few passages, Mother found herself suddenly well. She rose from her bed and prepared the evening meal for her family.
