My mother was introduced to Christian Science a few years before I was born, so I have had the help and protection of this wonderful Science all of my life. I was healed of tonsillitis and nosebleeds while young and have never had a return of either trouble.

A few years ago I had a healing that means much to me. A small, dark lump appeared on the side of my nose. I prayed off and on about it for some time. One day someone expressed concern about the condition. This concern, and the fact that my husband and I were about to make a trip across country with friends, spurred me to call a friend who is a dedicated Christian Scientist and ask for prayerful help. She lovingly agreed to help me and asked me to see nothing but divine reality, so I tried to do just that. Within a few days the lump just fell off.

More recently a most painful infected finger was healed with the help of this same friend. My husband and I have traveled many miles over the years and have been protected under all circumstances and in all kinds of weather. God indeed has sent the Comforter, and I cannot imagine life without this wonderful truth. I thank God for Christian Science.
