God gives the authority to heal
God has absolute authority or power over His creation, including man made in His likeness. For instance, because God does not create sin, sickness, and sorrow, these errors do not and cannot appear within His creation.
God is the utmost good; all that He creates, causes, coexists with, and controls is good. Anything opposed to the one and only creator and creation is perpetually excluded by the divine authority of God's allness. And God's authority is expressed in man—in our true selfhood—as full dominion.
This activity of authority expressing dominion is realized on the human scene through scientific Christian healing. Understanding God aright as the creator of all, as Father, Spirit, good—and understanding man aright as God's child, spiritual and perfect—empowered Christ Jesus with divine authority to redeem sinners and to restore sick people to health. In this way Jesus proved that God's creation is the only reality.
