Faith's secret
I ask not for a field already grown,
nor even for the cheery mustard flower
fully blown.
Let me not wish for an entire seed packet
to supply me with enough
for tomorrow.
But better, Lord,
my desire for Love's gain:
just one wee grain.
For with such honest faith
(and trust that God provides
the rest)
I discover mountain-moving
at its best!
