Willing to be inwardly changed
Christian healing makes strong demands on the healer. Wait! Don't stop reading! Interestingly enough, the acceptance of these demands doesn't make things more difficult. It lightens burdens.
Christ Jesus' disciples apparently had to learn more about what was required of them, and we today who would practice Christian healing can have increasingly clear-cut healings and more spiritual joy as we accept these demands and understand the reason for them.
When the disciples asked the Master why they hadn't healed a particular case, Jesus showed them it was because of a lack in themselves— because of their "unbelief." Matt. 17:20.
