Man is never helpless
To the human mind one of the most helpless conditions of man is that of infancy. But a mother proved that when man is properly viewed as spiritual, even a baby is not helpless.
The mother had left her one-month-old baby daughter with relatives while she went on a day's trip to a city a couple of hundred miles away.
When the mother returned that night, she was told that the baby had suffered from colic and had wakened frequently in pain. Even though the infant had just been put down asleep, it was predicted that she would be awake and screaming within the hour.
