Supplication

JUNE McCLENEGHAN FOWLER

Open wide my shuttered eyes
Dear God ... so I can see
How universal laws of good
Bless all humanity.

Calm and cleanse my every thought
Till worldly tumults still.
Direct my days in noble ways
That I may do Thy will.
