I was listening to a baccalaureate address by a Lutheran minister. He was emphasizing that it was time for each one of us to accept our true identity as the child of God. He said we've had enough "fire and brimstone."
I was at lunch with a Southern Baptist minister, and we were having a great time discussing and rejoicing in the importance of religion to each of us. We agreed on the importance of consistently praying daily for our families.
I was reading in the newspapers of two wonderful healings of serious illnesses through prayer—one was an Episcopal priest's healing of cancer.
