Are you ready for Christmas?
The Christmases that have meant the most to me have been several in which Christ came in spite of a feeling I just wasn't ready for Christmas.
Turning persistently toward the light of Christ, I felt my joy in the presence of spiritual reality irresistibly returning. And I learned yet again the lesson that the light of spiritual understanding is never really lost, because it isn't a mortal's to lose; it emanates from God and illumines His man. It's always there. Regardless of circumstances, Truth is always "ready." It tells us of the completeness of God's creation, including His man.
There were physical healings through prayer on those Christmas Days. And more than any Christmas card could ever convey, one felt Christ, God's message to mankind, as the light shining in darkness. See John 1:5 .
