Throughout the year, but most particularly at the Christmas season, it's helpful to consider the following statement by the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy: "Spirituality lays open siege to materialism.
The red and green paper napkins in the Christmas bazaar bore this inscription: "Give someone you don't like a little Christmas punch.
On holidays, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas, families who have been scattered all through the year often get together.
The qualities of God, which you express,Cannot deteriorate, or age, or grow less,Or suffer, or sin, or die,Or be subject to contagion.
The Christmases that have meant the most to me have been several in which Christ came in spite of a feeling I just wasn't ready for Christmas.
During our family's first Christmas season in New England, we observed a happy tradition that was previously unfamiliar to us.
What greater opportunity can a child have than the joy and privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School?
It is with a heart full of gratitude to God that I share this testimony.
I am very thankful to have become acquainted with Christian Science.
I feel it is time I share my long-overdue testimony, for I am very grateful for Christian Science.
