Friendship
To have a friend you have to be a friend. Loving, caring, and loyal. Mrs. Eddy says, "There are no greater miracles known to earth than perfection and an unbroken friendship." Retrospection and Introspection, p. 80.
The greatest thing that we can do for our friends is to know them as the spiritual reflection of God. We can see them as good and pure, healthy, and happy. Whether my friends wear designer clothes, or belong to a certain club, or wear their hair a certain way isn't really important. Those are just fads anyway. I am learning in a Christian Science Sunday School to know my true self as the reflection of God, and the better I know myself, the better I will know my friends.
But our greatest and our best friend is God.
