The rinsing effect of the Christ
The Christ is many-faceted—that is, there are a variety of ways to approach and understand the nature of Christ. For the Christian, a leading point is the recognition that Jesus embodied the Christ—he illustrated the ideal man, the true idea of God; his life represented the spiritual purity and goodness and love that could only be described as Christly.
It is the unique purpose of God's Christ to save, to rescue humanity from its dreams of immorality and illness. Christ is the awakener, that which rouses us from materiality and reveals our innate spirituality. Christ is felt even now as an urging of Truth in consciousness, a message from God that illumines thought and reassures us of our security in divine Love's all embracing arms.
Another way to experience the presence of the Christ is to recognize the rinsing effect it can have on our life. In fact, this is an effect that often needs to be felt before the completeness of a healing is established.
