Whom can I turn to?
Sometimes it seems very difficult to ask for help. Perhaps embarrassment or guilt or pride keeps us from speaking about what troubles us.
There is an answer. We can turn to God. He doesn't condemn or criticize us. He just loves because He is Love. And because man is His reflection, we can learn to feel loved and to express love at all times.
But, you may say, assistance usually involves some external support. Can we be healed without help from a person, such as a parent, friend, or Christian Science practitioner? Healing depends on an understanding of and reliance on God. This is not to say we shouldn't ask for help. There are times when we should. We should also remember, though, that we can, if necessary, work out a challenge without human aid.
