Letters to the Press
From Christian Science Committees on Publication
In the Peterborough Evening Telegraph
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire England
While I appreciate [the writer's] gracious reference to the Christian Scientists she has met, I am sure your readers would want to know that Christian Science is very different from what, through no fault of [her own], she has been led to believe.
Christian Scientists, with all Christians, acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and his triumph in the resurrection are central to our faith.
