I'm really doing something!
Is there any greater joy than to find out that wherever one is—office, bedroom, car, backyard—one can pray effectively? In James we read, "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16; How rewarding to know that one's thoughts can truly bless, help, and heal others! But how do we go about this kind of praying? What is present? What is going on?
The oneness and allness of good is going on. And we can know this. God, divine Mind, is forever speaking and acting, and God's reflection, man, is constantly hearing and active. This action is the only action going on anywhere and everywhere. Any contradiction of the above, any misapprehension or deviation from it, is but a supposition—an illusion without space to fill, power to act, or mentality to occupy.
