Obeying laws
The traffic light was red;
It said "Don't walk."
I waited.
The traffic lights changed;
The sign said "Walk."
I crossed the street.
Why did I obey the light?
Because it stands for law.
That law protects me.
What does God's law say?
It says "Be good. Be loving.
Be kind. Don't quarrel."
It protects me.
God is All-in-all.
He loves me. He directs me.
I'm always safe and happy
When I obey His law.
