An answer from Love
(For parents and children)
Eric loves his family. His little sister, Sally, is his best friend. Even though he doesn't go to school yet, he likes to sit with Dad in his big chair and "read" the newspaper. He helps Mother fold the wash. He is Dad's right-hand man with the yardwork. The whole family play games together. Sometimes they go on trips.
Every Saturday morning Dad rehearses for the Sunday services in the local Christian Science church. He is the First Reader. Mother helps Dad by reading aloud passages from the Bible. Then Dad reads his part from Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy. Eric and Sally listen quietly to this Bible Lesson. In the Christian Science Quarterly; Sometimes they work puzzles, color pictures, or build with their blocks while they listen.
The whole family are learning to turn to God each day for happiness and health. They are learning God's rules. These rules of love for God and love for man are the same laws Christ Jesus taught and practiced.
