I should like to express my deep gratitude for the teachings of Christian Science. Through the study of the Bible and of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, there have been many instances of the restoration of health, and inharmonies of different kinds have been healed. This study also removes a false sense of responsibility and enables one to place complete reliance on God.
In Science and Health we read (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." This has been demonstrated in our family many times.
Some years ago I was suddenly stricken with severe head pains. A Christian Science practitioner was called. He began prayerful work, which bore fruitage within a few hours. This occurred on a Wednesday, and on Sunday I was in my place at my branch church as Second Reader — completely free and very grateful.
