Since coming into the study of Christian Science I have had little need for physical healing. A confident sense of the allness of God, good, together with the perfection of man as God's image and likeness, invariably met my need. Occasional pains and aches were healed very quickly. One day the practitioner called my attention to the subject of mental anatomy as explained in this passage in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 462): "Anatomy, when conceived of spiritually, is mental self-knowledge, and consists in the dissection of thoughts to discover their quality, quantity, and origin."
