Outlet for Talent

Everyone can rightly feel assured he has his own particular contribution to make to the enrichment of society—some special knowledge or insight, perhaps; a specific ability or talent; a well-developed good quality of character or intellect. And everyone can have the joy of knowing that what he has to offer is appreciated and will have every needed opportunity to be fully expressed.

We are not all alike, as plastic figurines cast from the same mold. True, in our real, spiritual being we all come from the same source—infinite, divine Principle—but we each have distinct individuality. God expresses in every one of us His own spiritual qualities in an individual way. No two are alike. Not one is redundant. Each one is perfectly formed, and we can all rejoice in our origin and being as the Psalmist did when he sang, "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." Ps. 139:14;

God has created the universe and man to express His own sublime being, and He has need of every object He has made in order that His infinite nature may be entirely represented. His law ensures the completeness and perfection of all His offspring and the wholeness of their expression. No malformation, injury, obstruction, or lack of opportunity has ever existed to prevent them from fully manifesting the qualities of the divine nature they were created to express. In God's kingdom there are no imperfect creations, no wasted talents, no unexpressed qualities, no feelings of frustration and discontent. God is satisfied with His universe, and all who dwell in it are also satisfied.
