Many years ago my mother was partially paralyzed. She was quickly healed by reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. This happened when I was a small child. Thus I came to know Christian Science, and I am very grateful for it.

We were living in a city where there was no branch church, but we held Sunday services and Wednesday testimony meetings regularly in our home.

I found that when one practices Christian Science properly it never fails. Through the study and practice of this practical religion I have been healed many times. Some of these healings were accomplished at once, as when I hurt my foot. I turned immediately to God to realize my unity with Him. With the prayerful help of my mother I was healed the next day. But some other healings required more study and work.
