Music in Church-Its Healing Effect
After the shepherd boy David was anointed to become king of ancient Israel, "the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward," the Bible tells us.
Saul, who was at that time still king, sent for David. And when Saul was unwell, "David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him." I Sam. 16:13,23;
We too can be refreshed and be well as we listen to the music in a Church of Christ, Scientist.
