Good Is Always Right Here

The conviction that good is right here is devoid of doubt or concern. The assurance of God's ever-present provision impels the acknowledgment that infinite supply is always here to heal and bless. Divine Truth meets every need, whatever it is and wherever we are. Man, God's image, reflects his Father's allness and completeness, because God and man, Father and son, are inseparable.

It may be asked, "Is one deceived if he believes what he needs is not right here?" Yes. To accept lack or insufficiency indicates incredulity, a denial or unawareness of Love's continuous bountifulness. On the other hand, we are enriched and blessed when we identify ourselves with Love's inexhaustible abundance as promised and fulfilled by our loving Father. In Jesus' parable of the prodigal son, the father says to the older son: "Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine." Luke 15:31; All, not a mere portion.

How glorious it is to know that God, good, is ever with us, and that God never withholds His goodness from us! Our all-loving Father-Mother always provides for, protects, directs, and loves His universal family, impartially. Are we cognizant that God made all, that divine Mind expresses all? Do we realize that ever-present Truth holds all in freedom? That Love embraces all? That Life gives all? Everything God makes is not only good but "very good," as the Scriptures declare (see Gen. 1:31). Lack is never more than the lack of understanding that God, good, fills His universe, and His fullness leaves no place for error of any kind. The omnipresence of God is necessarily the omnipresence of good.
