Love Alone Animates Man
Even a glimpse of the fact that God is Love does wonders for us. And as we do our best to reflect Love, to bring love into every phase of our lives, we are changed from believing that we are selfish mortals into knowing man as that which Love alone animates.
Motivated by Love as we deal with others, we inspire and uplift them. Inspired by divine Love as we give a treatment for someone who has sought our help, we work and pray effectively. Understanding that man is Love's reflection, we are compassionate. Dwelling upon the nature of the tender, loving Father-Mother, we deal tenderly with those who seek our help. Love is perfect Life, so it is our reflection of Love that brings healing.
It was Jesus' understanding of Love, and his faith in the omnipotence of Love, that enabled him to be the Way-shower. Christ Jesus was compassionate. He knew man to be the child of the loving Father. Jesus' great sense of Love healed and blessed.
