I have enjoyed the benefits of Christian Science all my life. As a youth I didn't know much about the study of Science for myself, because my mother would take over for me and help solve the problems. Even when I went away to school, it was still too easy. My mother would pray for me and problems seemed to fade away.

Then came several years of duty in the service, when I definitely had to stand on my own in applying Science. I was beautifully protected from harm.

Later, business contacts with my dad were a challenge and required metaphysical work and constant prayer. Many times I wanted to walk out and go elsewhere, but a wise Christian Science practitioner helped me see the real man of God's creating, not only in myself and in my dad but in all mankind. This helped the situation a lot.
