A Higher View

"Love looseth thee, and lifteth me. Love looseth thee, and lifteth me." Over and over these phrases repeated themselves in my thought. I couldn't shake them off. I knew them well as part of a poem by Mrs. Eddy. The whole verse, set to music in a hymn, reads:

Love looseth thee, and lifteth me,
Ayont hate's thrall:
There Life is light, and wisdom might,
And God is All. Poems, p. 79;
