Have you ever not loved yourself? Have you ever felt so unhappy with your physical appearance that you didn't want to be near anyone? This is exactly how I felt. I was down on myself, and in the depths of depression.
What was causing all this? Overweight.
Christmas was approaching, and I was to go home for vacation. All my close friends from college were going to be there. I had not seen some of them for over two years. In my college days I had been much thinner, and now I was ashamed to go home looking as I did. What would my friends think! I wanted so much to make a good impression and to have a good time.
