Kenya's big red boots were great for puddle jumps. Splat! Swish! Even the shivery cold rain couldn't steal her fun as she stamped and plopped her way from school.
"Kenya, you'll catch a cold!" her mother warned as the girl shook off rain like a puppy.
Kenya just grinned and scrambled up the travel-worn stairs.
