Since I have had the happiness of knowing about Christian Science, my life has been transformed, and I have received innumerable blessings.

My little boy was covered with eczema. I was myself in a state of depression and extreme despair when I asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner. This good worker began by calming my fear, telling me that God is Love and He never abandons His children; that I should have confidence, study the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly regularly, and work particularly with "the scientific statement of being" in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. The last two sentences read (p. 468): "Spirit is God, and man is His image and likeness. Therefore man is not material; he is spiritual."

As the fear was cast out of my thought, my son regained his fine complexion, his beautiful healthy skin, and in very little time was completely healed. I wish to point out that there has never been any relapse. This healing took place several years ago, and the child has retained beautiful skin. I myself have found again the joy of living, the calm and "the peace of God, which passeth all understanding" (Phil. 4:7).
