How Do I Know There Is a God?
God is not up in the sky looking down here. He is not a person using hands to make us. God is what makes people good and do good. God is the power to live and to love, to trust and be trusted. He is Life itself, but good Life. He is Love itself, but pure Love. He is here. He is everywhere. And He cares for you and me.
How do I know? I have a friend. I didn't know he would be a friend until I met him. Then I knew. You can't meet God like a person, but you can feel that He is with you. You can feel His love and His goodness. Then you know He cares for you.
