About two years ago I was at football practice. It was raining very steadily. We had been going through our regular drills, and at the time were doing a drill where there are one blocker, two tacklers, and a ball carrier. When it was my turn to carry the ball, I started, but after about three steps I slipped and fell. Just as I was starting to get up, both the tacklers landed on me. A few seconds later I was struggling to breathe. Evidently I had had the wind knocked out of me.

The coach came over to see if I was all right. Then my dad did. When my dad got there, he told the coach he would take care of me. Immediately he told me to declare the truth and gave me some thoughts to work with.

He told me to remember that God's ever-presence was my armor, and that I could not be hurt, because God could not be. I understood this because I knew that I was the perfect reflection of God.
