I am grateful for having been able to go to the Christian Science Sunday School all my life. I am sixteen years old, a sophomore in high school, and would like to share an experience which may help others my age.

Last year I was playing basketball at school and injured my back while shooting. The pain was so severe that I sat down and pondered "the scientific statement of being" from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 468). I then decided to go to the nurse's office and ask for permission to go home. She called home to have some-one pick me up, but when there was no answer, I asked her to call a Christian Science practitioner.

By the time the practitioner arrived at school I felt much better. He told me he had done some metaphysical work for me the moment the nurse told him what had happened. He said he knew I was God's perfect child and that nothing could separate me from the love of God. He said God did not know or experience anything but good, and neither could I as His reflection.
