Christian Science has blessed my life in many ways
Christian Science has blessed my life in many ways. A healing of grief when my mother passed on really established me in Science. It came with the realization that life is indeed spiritual and not material.
When praying to gain a fuller understanding of companionship, I found I could let go of human outlining, knowing well that if I allowed the Father to work things out for me and prayed to strengthen my spirituality, my life would be much more satisfying than I could possibly plan. The result was that I immediately found myself appreciating the sterling qualities of a friend who became as interested in Christian Science as I was. Shortly after, we were married.
Financial problems were worked out when we relinquished the thought of a mortal man dependent on material employment for income, and replaced this with a clear concept of man as the spiritual idea of God, dependent alone on God for the supply of continual, abundant good.
