Destroy Fear and Its Effects
If we were always perfectly conscious of God's presence and power, we would never be afraid. Right where the thing we fear seems to be, is divine, infinite Love. There is nothing to fear.
Looking away from pain, disease, or other discord, and turning to the clear light of Truth, we reflect that light. Our consciousness is illumined. We feel God's greatness and His love. Then, becoming really aware of God's love surrounding, protecting, comforting us, we know there is nothing to fear.
Fear involves both belief in evil and the expectation of evil. "The thing which I greatly feared is come upon me." Job 3:25; This was Job's cry when beset by one calamity after another.
