The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Mary Baker Eddy: An Appraisal has been translated into Japanese. This book is a compilation of twelve articles originally published in The Christian Science Journal. They discuss Mrs. Eddy's lifework as healer, teacher, Founder, Leader, and author of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.

No matter how difficult or unhappy your life is, there is a specific healing truth that can change unhappiness to joy, weakness to strength, and despair to triumph. Hatred, persecution, even crucifixion, couldn't destroy Christ Jesus' confidence in God's goodness. He was able to say, "Not my will, but thine, be done" (Luke 22:42).
