Q. Since I have been studying physics, the laws of physics have come to seem more certain, more tangible, than the laws of spiritual truth in Christian Science I've always believed in.
A. I know what you mean. But consider the fundamental nature of reality. It is essentially intelligible; otherwise we could not hope to approach it through scientific methods. Since it is intelligible, it expresses a basic intelligence which evidently existed prior to human reasoning, independent of it, and extending far beyond its present range.
