Never by Myself
Am I different from my friends?
Am I all alone?
God is Love,
Our Father and Mother—
We're His children.
God is Spirit,
We're His reflection—
Not flesh, and blood, and bones.
God is Mind,
Mind heals us
When we need it.
Some of my friends don't understand—
Sometimes I feel alone.
But God is with them and me
Right here and everywhere.
God is here,
And all His children far and near
Are joined together in His love.
How can I be alone?
If I know I'm never all alone,
My friends may someday see
And learn to know
God, too.
