Many years ago I was ill with rheumatism and a nervous breakdown. A dear friend invited me many times to attend a Wednesday evening testimony meeting in a branch church. My answer was always, "I have so much work to do at home that I don't have the time." Things kept getting worse. Again my friend invited me. I thought I was doing her a favor to accept her invitation.

Never will I forget the first time I walked into a Church of Christ, Scientist. I could think of nothing but a place called heaven as described to me when I was a child. I was very confused before I went in, but it took me only a short time to realize I had been healed of the rheumatism and the nervous condition.

Some time later, after I stopped smoking, I was healed of a growth in the breast.
