Share in the Power of United Thought

Instant communication between men and between nations has brought together many individual thinkers whose thought is being felt throughout the world. Many thinkers who may have seemed isolated are now aware that others, many others, think as they do. The power of organized thought and effort to bring about change, either constructive or destructive, is being recognized socially, politically, and economically as never before. In times past people may have felt alone with their ideas. Today, more than ever, they are aware that they are part of a group, class, movement, race, or nation and therefore assume the power of united thought.

They consequently also assume the responsibility of seeing how that power is to be used in human affairs—whether for good or for evil. Christian Science shows that good expresses the all-power of God and that evil expresses the illusion of material power.

In Christian Science there are no lone workers. Unity is shown to be the real man's inseparability from God, the one Mind, as His spiritual idea. To the extent that a student of this Science unites with perfect Mind in understanding, practicing Truth, he is a significant worker in an all-important movement. Individual efforts to express omnipresent divine Mind contribute to an inestimable harvest of good results. Scientific, right thinking recognizes no boundary or limitation, is never provincial or feeble. It is the reflection of universal Principle, omnipotent Love. The power of scientific prayer, in which individuals unite, is formidable. Christ Jesus said of the Christ, the divine power he manifested, "Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matt. 18:20;
